DETERMINATION OF FEE

Now, everyone can declare their assets with reasonable document preparation and execution fees. 

AMANAH PACKAGE 

Document Preparation Fee: RM1,116 per document 

Custody Fee: RM100 per year will be charged starting from the second year after the hibah declaration document has been completed and continues until the donor’s passing. 

Execution Fee: RM1,000 per document will be charged to the beneficiary as the Execution Fee for Hibah Document Verification to obtain endorsement from the Syariah Court/Inheritance Office only. Any taxes, stamp duties, and/or fees imposed on the assets, and/or involving the Civil High Court, and/or any matters beyond our control and jurisdiction shall be borne entirely by the beneficiary. Our team will notify the Hibah recipient of any required actions, along with a checklist for reference. 

The Amanah Package document preparation includes the following details: 

a) One document per state.
b) Each document covers up to 3 land plots, 3 houses and an unlimited number of movable assets.
c) Declaration of Immovable Assets*
d) Declaration of Movable Assets**
e) Beneficiary Nomination
f) Document Preparation Fee
g) First-Year Custody Fee
h) Stamp Duty Fee
i) Initiation of the Hibah Declaration
j) You may declare as many assets as you wish.
k) The number of beneficiaries is unlimited.
l) You may hibah (gift) your assets to as many beneficiaries as you wish. 

Are there any additional fees for changes under the Trust Package? 

A fee of RM1,000 will be charged for any changes to the Hibah Beneficiary and/or disposal of assets listed in the original document (a new document must be prepared, signed by all parties, and re-stamped). A fee of RM100 will be charged for each addition and/or disposal of hibah assets without changes to the original document (no limit to the number of assets changed). 

KASIHANI PACKAGE 

Document Preparation Fee: RM386 per document 

Custody Fee: None 

Execution Fee: RM2,000 per document, or 0.4% of the total asset value, whichever is higher, will be charged to the beneficiary as the Execution Fee for Hibah Document Verification to obtain endorsement from the Syariah Court/Inheritance Office only. Any taxes, stamp duties, and/or fees imposed on the assets, and/or involving the Civil High Court, and/or any matters beyond our control and jurisdiction shall be borne entirely by the beneficiary. The donor must perform the following tasks without assistance from the legal panel:

a) Initiate the Hibah Declaration after stamp duty completion.
b) You may declare as many assets as you wish.
c) The number of beneficiaries is unlimited.
d) You may hibah (gift) your assets to as many beneficiaries as you wish.
e) Stamp Duty Fee 

Are there any additional fees for changes under the Kasihani Package?

A fee of RM350 will be charged for any changes to the Hibah Beneficiary, as well as for any addition or disposal of assets listed (whether in the original document or not). A new document must be prepared, signed by all parties and re-stamped.
