DETERMINATION OF FEE

Now everyone can declare their assets with reasonable document preparation and implementation fees.

AMANAH PACKAGE

Document Preparation: RM1116 per document.

Safekeeping Fee: RM100 per year will be charged starting from the second year after the completion of the grant document until the death of the giver.

Implementation Fee: RM1000 per document will be charged to the recipient as an Implementation Fee for obtaining endorsement from the Shariah Court/Inheritance Office only. Any taxes and/or stamp duties and/or fees imposed on these assets and/or involving the High Civil Court and/or if they involve matters beyond our expectations and jurisdiction shall be fully borne by the recipient. We will inform the recipient of any necessary actions to be taken, along with a checklist for reference.

The Trust Package document preparation includes details such as the following:

a) One document for each state.

b) Each document is limited to 3 pieces of land, 3 houses, and no limit for movable property.

c) Declaration of Immovable Property*

d) Declaration of Movable Property**

e) Naming of Recipient/Beneficiary

f) Document Preparation Fee

g) First Year Storage Fee (Custody Fee)

h) Endorsement Fee

i) Commence Grant Declaration

j) You can declare as much property as you want.

k) The number of recipients is unlimited.

l) You can grant property to as many recipients as you wish.

Will any additional fees be charged for changes to information for the Amanah Package?

A fee of RM1000 will be charged if there are changes to the Hibah Recipient and disposal of assets recorded in the original document (The document needs to be recreated, signed by each party, and endorsed anew). A fee of RM100 will be charged each time there is an addition and/or disposal of Hibah Assets and no changes to the original document (No limit to the assets being changed).

KASIHANI PACKAGE

Document Preparation: RM336 per document.

Safekeeping Fee: None.

Implementation Fee: RM2000 per document; or 0.4% on the total value of assets; or whichever is the higher amount; will be charged to the recipient as an Implementation Fee for obtaining endorsement from the Shariah Court/Inheritance Office only. Any taxes and/or stamp duties and/or fees imposed on these assets and/or involving the High Civil Court and/or if they involve matters beyond our expectations and jurisdiction shall be fully borne by the recipient. We will inform the recipient of any necessary actions to be taken, along with a checklist for reference.

a) One document for each state.

b) Each document is limited to 3 pieces of land, 3 houses, and no limit for movable property.

c) Declaration of Immovable Property*

d) Declaration of Movable Property**

e) Naming of Recipient/Beneficiary

f) Document Preparation using AI

The grantor must do the following without assistance from our legal panel:

a) Initiate Hibah Declaration after stamp duty is completed.

b) You can declare as much property as you want.

c) The number of recipients is unlimited.

d) You can grant property to as many recipients as you wish.

e) Endorsement Fee

Will any additional fees be charged for changes to information for the Kasihani Package?

A fee of RM300 will be charged if there are any changes to the Hibah Recipient; and additions and/or disposal of assets recorded in either the original document or not (The document needs to be recreated, signed by each party, and endorsed anew).
