Hibah in its simplicity means voluntary gifts, made by the giver while alive, as a sign of affection.

eHibah facilitates the property management processes. Plan and prepare Hibah declaration easily and quickly from anywhere.

From Abu Hurairah r.a that the Prophet s.a.w said: "Give for each other, so you love each other". Hadith narrated by Al-Bukhari.

A) Facilitating the public in preparing Hibah documents quickly and transparently.
eHibah is a research and development collaboration between Overview Sdn. Bhd, Shahrin Nasir & Associates, and Twistcode Technologies Sdn. Bhd., and is jointly studied with experts from Universiti Utara Malaysia as honorary advisors.

B) Educating the public about the importance of Hibah in asset management.
Based on research since 2006, the failure to prepare Hibah documents is due to a lack of knowledge about the documentation preparation process, the inability to prepare the correct documents, and the small valueof the assets left behind.

In the COVID-19 pandemic situation, a study throughout 2020 showed that the general public had begun to adapt to online transactions. The public wants and prefers to interact online, so online Hibah document preparation is one way to facilitate the preparation of these documents without exposing them to the risks of COVID-19.

C) Providing an opportunity for all layers of society to do Hibah.
We believe that the provision of Hibah documents online, known as eHibah, has the potential to make it easier for the general public to prepare Hibah documents and manage their assets/properties more systematically.
